Senior Associate Director (FTE)
The Senior Associate Director supports all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization. The Senior Associate Director works in alignment with the Executive Director to organize and prioritize critical issues, helping to triage and engage staff as needed for resolution. The position serves a vital function for the organization, clearly understanding the goals and objectives in order to appropriately provide guidance and direction.
Development Director (FT/Contract)
The Development Director is responsible for establishing a fundraising plan that provides strategic direction for both organizations to meet their annual fundraising goals for both Advance North Carolina , a 501 (c)(4) and the North Carolina Black Alliance, a 501 (c)(3). The Development Director leads the overall fundraising efforts and works closely with the Admin Team for implementation of the prescribed plan. This position involves administrative work, fundraising activity, and maintaining ongoing relationships and communicating with institutional and individual donors as well as future prospects.
