Advance Carolina is seeking talented, progressive, and dedicated professionals to join our team. Founded in 2015, Advance Carolina’s mission is to build a statewide, independent 501(c)4 that educates and mobilizes African American and progressive voters to take charge of our communities amid inclusive, committed and authentic engagement (organizing) in order to advance community-based political solutions.

Fall 2020 Fellowship Program
We are seeking community members, faith leaders, and college students who want to help build Black political power across the state. This fellowship provides organizing training, mentorship, and opportunities to create transformative change, as well as a stipend to enable you to spend more time dedicated to organizing.
After training, fellows will work with local staff and organizers to implement the organization’s statewide voter safety strategy.
- Must be in North Carolina
- Must be 18 years of age, or older
- Must be committed to social justice
- Must be able to commit at least—but not limited to—Fellowship Training (Saturday, September 19, 2020) and Fellowship Debrief (Friday, November 20, 2020)
