Development Director (FT/Contract)
The Development Director is responsible for establishing a fundraising plan that provides strategic direction for both organizations to meet their annual fundraising goals for both Advance North Carolina , a 501 (c)(4) and the North Carolina Black Alliance, a 501 (c)(3). The Development Director leads the overall fundraising efforts and works closely with the Admin Team for implementation of the prescribed plan. This position involves administrative work, fundraising activity, and maintaining ongoing relationships and communicating with institutional and individual donors as well as future prospects.
Administrative Assistant (FT/Contract)
Advance North Carolina, a 501 (c)(4) based in Raleigh, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide organizational and administrative support for both Advance North Carolina , a 501 (c)(4) and the North Carolina Black Alliance, a 501 (c)(3). The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the executive leadership team and is tasked with overseeing various administrative office tasks and priorities. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, the Administrative Assistant is expected to work efficiently, be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and work well independently and in a group setting.
